skill purchasing in factions
search is disabled so i can only hope no one has complained about this before.
skill point purchasing NEEDS to be cheapened. i was perfectly agreable in prophecies when they upped the cost of skill purchasing because i could just quest for almost any skill. however in Factions there are almost no quests that you get skills for. instead im forced to buy nearly every skill i want. having already spent over 100 platinum on my first new character i am looking at bringing 3 more characters to cantha and starting a second new character. and where am i at? only pvping because i no longer wish to grind for money to buy skills.
where does this put me? not enjoying cantha as i should be. getting skills for my profession through mindless grind instead i get exp for skill points i cant use because i dont want to go back to tyria and grind for money. i dont want to move my factions characters ahead because doing the quests doing the missions isnt earning me shit for my character that i can use. having the best armor i want, having the best weapons i want ( like my 15^50 health 20/20 ap +30 health daggers), i now want skills. what happened to the quests that would offer us a choice of what skills wed get like we were told? we got skill points. skill points are plentiful in cantha, but the grind required to use them SUCKS. so instead im grinding in pvp and beginning to not WANT to pvp. beginning to not WANT to do alliance battles because they do me no good for unlocking my skills.
can the skill purchasing ratios PLEASE be altered to a more reasonable level like they were at initial release of gw?
please god.
